Banana Spinach Smoothie

½ cup of spinach

½ cup of milk

2 teaspoons of honey

½ cups of frozen pineapple

1 frozen banana

The night before, freeze sliced up pineapple and banana in a container.

In a blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
Tip: If you want your smoothie to be less thick, add less milk! Fun times.
This smoothie contains lots of fiber, calcium, vitamin A and iron! It’s really filling too and it’s a great choice for breakfast or a pre-workout snack.
