TWIC's Wellness Day will be taking place on February 23 2022 during the last 15-20 minutes of first period. Find a list of activities below:
Watch a short film: Staff/students may watch the short films individually to relax for 15-20 minutes. Find a list here
Take a mental break: take a rest for 15-20 minutes while music is playing on the PA system
Enjoy the weather outside: take a walk outside with your whole class to breathe in fresh air and engage in physical activity - build a snowman together, and don't forget the accessories!
