TWIC'S Wellness Day will be taking place this Wednesday December 16th and Thursday December 17th during the morning rotation.
1. MEDITATION: 10-15 minute guided meditation sessions 2. THIS OR THAT GAME: Get students moving with a sit down, stand up game asking Would-You-Rather questions 3. GRATITUDE ACTIVITY: 3 short questions to allow students to reflect on the positives in their lives
